About Travel Intel

Travel Intel puts the weather, the air, the safety advice, the events and the places for a destination in one brief, so you can see whether and when to go. It shows what it knows, says when something is typical or estimated, and leaves a gap rather than guess.

Where the information comes from

Everything on a brief comes from the public providers below. We combine it, we do not write it. How the score is made is on the method page.

What it cannot tell you

  • It is not a booking service and not official advice. Check your government’s advice and the entry rules before you go.
  • A missing safety record is not a sign of safety. A place with no advisory shows “no known advisory”.
  • Readings can be late or wrong at the source. The date beside a reading is its age.
